Main meetings will be held in the Historic Community Hall of Beypazari – “Halk Evi”. Guests will be accommodated in the modern Beypalas Hotel. The hotel and the Conference Hall are situated in the historic town center and are in a short walk distance (5 minutes). Registration of participants and check in at the Beypalas hotel starts on Saturday 3rd May in the afternoon. In the evening we will welcome all our participants with a welcome speech with cocktail and catering served. The conference officially starts on Monday, 4th May at 9 am, by the Conference schedule that will be available on our website. Second day of conference starts at 9 am with the rest of presentations after which we will be all joining the field trip to the Nature Conservancy site Karagol with great field guides. Coffee break will be served between the sessions in the conference hall (Beypazari Community Home Building). Lunches and dinners will be served in the Beypalas Hotel and/or in the local authentic restaurants. Breakfast is included. The conference ends with a dinner on 5th May. Check out and departure are on the next day, Wednesday, 6th May 2020. Conference fee, travel, accommodation and food costs will be covered by the Rufford and only with submitted bills and travel tickets.
